Job Responsibilities for LPNs:

• Overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents
• Coordinating medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Adhering to infection control and emergency procedures
• Working collaboratively with the care team to improve resident health outcomes
• Reporting health changes in residents according to facility policies

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license issued by the state
• CPR certification required
• Preferably two years of nursing experience
