Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties:

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Process medication orders with physicians and pharmacies
• Administer medications according to the prescribed orders
• Follow infection control, emergency, and all center protocols
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best patient care outcomes
• Monitor and report any significant changes in residents' health

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
