LPN Responsibilities include:

• Managing the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
• Coordinating medication needs with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering prescribed medications
• Following established infection control protocols, emergency procedures, and other policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver the best possible care
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions according to facility protocols

LPN Qualifications:

• Active state-issued LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience is preferred
