Responsibilities of the LPN:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Processing medication orders with pharmacies and physicians
• Administering prescribed medications to residents
• Following infection control procedures and emergency protocols
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best care outcomes
• Reporting any abnormal changes in the health of residents

Qualifications for the LPN:

• Must hold a valid state-issued LPN license
• CPR certification is required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
