Licensed Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Managing resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacies and doctors
• Administering medications following protocols
• Complying with infection control and other facility policies
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes for residents
• Promptly reporting any abnormal changes in residents' conditions

Licensed Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
