Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:

• Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Process medication orders in collaboration with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Follow infection control and other safety protocols
• Work with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for residents
• Identify and report any changes in the health status of residents

LPN Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience is preferred
