Responsibilities for Certified Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Facilitate the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Handle medication requisitions with pharmacies and physicians
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Follow infection control measures and center policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for the best care outcomes
• Identify and report any abnormal changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications for Certified Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
