Responsibilities of Hospital Nurse (RN):

• Manage the admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinate medication requisitions with pharmacies and doctors
• Administer medications in line with facility policies
• Follow infection control and emergency protocols
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best resident outcomes
• Report any abnormal changes in residents' health to the appropriate personnel

Hospital Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Active RN license issued by the state
• Current CPR certification required
• Preferred: At least one year of nursing experience
