LPN Responsibilities:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication administration with physicians and pharmacies
• Administering medications as per medical orders
• Following infection control procedures and emergency protocols
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team for effective resident care
• Reporting any changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license from the state
• CPR certification required
• At least two years of nursing experience preferred
