CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily needs (ADLs) and collaborate on care delivery
• Help residents with meals
• Follow infection prevention and company policies
• Document vital signs, including temperature and pulse readings
• Notify supervisors of resident health changes promptly

CNA Qualifications:

• CNA certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience is an advantage but not required
