Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Assist with the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents
• Process medication requests with the pharmacy and physicians
• Administer prescribed medications
• Follow infection control and other center protocols
• Work with the care team to deliver the best patient outcomes
• Report any changes in resident conditions to the appropriate personnel

LPN Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of employment
• CPR certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
