CNA Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities and collaborate with the team to ensure quality care is provided.
• Follow infection control procedures and center policies.
• Measure and record vital signs, including height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as directed.
• Promptly report changes in resident conditions to supervisors.

CNA Qualifications:

• Certified as a CNA by the state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience is preferred but not required.
