Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Coordinating with pharmacies and physicians on medication needs
• Administering medications in line with protocols
• Adhering to infection control and center policies
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care
• Reporting any significant changes in residents' health

Requirements:

• Licensed RN with state certification
• CPR certified
• Nursing experience of one year preferred
