Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Handling admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Coordinating medication requisitions with pharmacies and healthcare providers
• Administering medications as directed
• Adhering to infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to deliver the best outcomes for residents
• Promptly reporting any significant changes in residents' conditions

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• LPN license from the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of nursing experience preferred
