Key Responsibilities for the LPN:

• Managing admissions, discharges, and resident transfers
• Communicating medication needs with pharmacies and doctors
• Administering medications as prescribed
• Following infection control, emergency protocols, and all other facility policies
• Working with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Reporting any changes in residents' health or condition to the appropriate personnel according to center policy

LPN Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid state-issued LPN license
• CPR certification is mandatory
• Preferred: Two years of nursing experience
